The South Korean handset maker, Samsung seems to be committed to expanding its budget segment lineup and is launching device after device under its J series. Recently, its latest Samsung Galaxy J2 (2016) has turned up on a benchmarking listing. The leaked Antutu Benchmarking screenshot reveals that the the new smartphone would come with Android Marshmallow 6.0.1 update out of the box. Also, the device will feature an 8 Megapixels rear camera as well as 5 Megapixels front camera. It will come with a display with a resolution of 720 x 1280 pixels resolution, which in all probability will measure a good 5-inch.
Earlier, a GeekBench listing had turned up on the Internet showing the same specifications for the device except for the RAM, which was shown to be 1.5 GB. The listing shows a good score of 1274 multi-core and 404 single-core. From all the information revealed so far, it is obvious that 2016 variant of J2 will be a major improvement over its predecessor.
