You know a brand is really good and cares for its customers, when it regularly updates and provides software increments even to older devices in its lineup. Xiaomi is one such brand that continuously keeps updating its MIUI interface to make the user experience more and more enjoyable. Not only that, the Chinese handset maker is also quick to update its devices whenever a major update to Android comes. However, its generosity is not limited just to latest devices in its arsenal but also older devices, unlike its competitors. Recently, a Geekbench leak revealed Xiaomi Mi 4C running on the latest of latest Android 7.1.1 Nougat operating system. Notably, this handset was release more than a year and half ago, and still managed to score decently with the newest operating system.
To recap, the Xiaomi Mi 4C has been equipped with a Hexa-core Snapdragon 808 processor that has been coupled with 2 GB of RAM. Any other device in this range would have experienced a slight lag or scored less on the Geekbench but not Mi 4C. This only goes on to prove that the Chinese handset maker indeed launched some impressive devices in the budget segment. Also, the appearance of the leak has confirmed that the brand is extensively testing the Android 7.1.1 Nougat operating system. Xiaomi users can rejoice as the official roll-out seems to be approaching.
