Samsung is now all set to launch the 3rd generation of its Galaxy Tab S series and we have already seen a number of images and speculations floating on the World Wide Web. However, there is one thing that one can always expect from the Tab S is for the device to be a power performer. This device has already been certified for Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, now Samsung is testing it for benchmarks. It has recently turned up on the website of GFXBench, confirming vital specifications of the device. We know for sure now that the tablet would come running on latest Android 7.0 Nougat operating system, Snapdragon 820 processor, 4 GB RAM and 32 GB internal storage. It looks like the table is borrowing a lot of specs from the flagship device, Galaxy S7. We dearly hope that Samsung launches it with the dual-curved display, which would make it one of the kind tablet in the market.
Coming to the rear panel, this handset comes with the same 12 megapixels snapper as found on Galaxy S7 and 5 Megapixels on the front. Impressive imaging is guaranteed if it indeed is the same sensor. However, there is only one hiccup here, which is that the device will not be launched with Snapdragon 820 in India. It is more likely to come with the Exynos 8890, which also features on the Indian variant of Galaxy S7. While it is not as fast as the Snapdragon, it is still one of the best processor out there. Other features that we can expect from this handset are fingerprint scanner, USB Type-C port, hybrid SIM slot and same design as flagship. If the device is priced reasonably well by the brand, it is expected to sell really well in India. The tablet is expected to be announced at the MWC scheduled to be held in the month of March, 2017.
