Meizu MX 6 was one of the best selling flagship from the arsenal of its maker and it is about time that the handset maker came out with the successor of the same. If rumors are to believed, the Chinese brand has already started working on the MX7 and it might even land up ahead of expected launch date. We now got our hands on a leaked image, which shows the upcoming smartphone in all its glory. The front fascia of the device remains the same as that of the last handset with mTouch button under the display. However, the visible changes are in the form of smaller bezels and curved edges of the display. It is being speculated that the display on the front of this handset will measure 5.7-inch diagonally and feature an impressive resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels. This is a good news for those who like to enjoy their multimedia and gaming on smartphone.
Moving on to the specifications of the handset, it is being speculated that the device will come powered by either Mediatek Helio X30 or Snapdragon 660, which are both workhorses. In imaging department, the rear panel is expected to be bestowed with a 21 Megapixels snapper and on front there would a 5 Megapixels camera. At the bottom of the handset is a USB Type-C port as well as the 3.5 mm audio jack, which is a relief. At this point of time, nothing else is known about the handset. Whatever little is known, should also be taken with a grain of salt. Meizu has a timeline where it launches its handsets in the month of June, however, there are talks that MX7 might actually turn up earlier this year.
