The Indian Air Force has released a new mobile game in an attempt to market its achievements to the massive youth population of India. Currently untitled, the Indian Air Force mobile game has been launched on both Android and iOS, and you can download it using the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. The IAF mobile game currently only has a single player mode, but is expected to receive multiplayer abilities by October this year.
A teaser of the combat-based mobile game has been released by the Indian Air Force. In the teaser, you can see various fighter jets of our fleet that can be used to shoot down other planes, land targets, and water targets. Players will also be able to shoot down other fighter jets using anti-aircraft tanks on the ground.
The teaser shows the different terrains and day/night timings you can change in the game. It also, amusingly, features a main character based on Wing Commander Abhinandan Varthaman, who was captured and later released by Pakistan in a rendezvous earlier this year.
As for Indian Air Force mobile game gameplay, the main player is taught how to handle an aircraft via a tutorial mission after which the player earns his/her wings. After this, 10 missions will follow, which will allow the user to experience air power of the IAF, in the form of its response, reach, precision and flexibility, including support to other arms of the Indian Military.
