Ever since the iPhone X brought about the trend of the display notch - in an attempt to phase out bezels - every manufacturer has been trying a way out of the mess. Vivo did something interesting last year with the pop-up selfie camera on the Vivo Nex.
Samsung is rumoured to be attempting the same with its upcoming Galaxy A90 smartphone. A new report by blog Trending Leaks suggests that the Galaxy A90 will feature a pop-up selfie camera alongside an in-display fingerprint scanner, making it possibly the first phone from Samsung to achieve both feats.
The report also reveals that the Galaxy A90 will sport a 92 percent screen-to-body ratio, which is seen in the renders shown. Apart from that, you can see a triple camera setup on the back of the smartphone, a feature quite common in premium smartphones these days.
The Galaxy S10, Samsung's upcoming tenth-anniversary flagship phone, has been leaked in renders that reveal a punch-hole selfie camera setup, instead of the pop-up mechanism.
There is no update on the pricing and launch date of the upcoming Samsung Galaxy A90.
