So, Motorola brought three smartphones to India - Moto E, Moto G and Moto X. Not only the Moto X is its flagship but Motorola's only competitor against the high-end smartphones. Interestingly, Moto X faces competition not just from outsiders but Google itself, which has Nexus 5 in the market to show Motorola who is the boss. But is Moto X the device that will get Motorola some buyers?
What are specs like?
The Motorola Moto X sports a 5.2-inch screen with display resolution of 1920x1080 pixels. The Moto X comes with Android 4.4.2 KitKat. A 2.5GHz quad-core processor with 2GB RAM finds its way on to the Moto X. There is 16GB internal memory provided on Motorola Moto X but no expansion options are available on the smartphone. A 13-megapixel rear camera and a 2-megapixel front camera can be found on the Moto X. A 2300mAH battery powers the Moto X but the performance ratings for the same are not available.
Should I buy one?
Motorola had came up with a pretty nice smartphone which did not sport good specs but still garnered good reviews from critics and customers alike. A part of that lies in the fact that Moto X gave everyone a good user experience through and through. On top of that, Motorola gave a nifty always-on Google Talk feature to Moto X to give it more popularity. Now in its second generation, the Moto X sports better specs and is a way better performer than the device it replaces. Talking about the all-important question of whether you should buy it or not, we would say you should go for it.
