Motorola's Razr phone is one of the most iconic phones ever launched in this millennium. Available in markets in the early 2000s, the flip phone form factor was one of the coolest things you could roam around with. Now, in the era of foldable phones, Motorola Razr is back in a redefined avatar - a foldable smartphone.
However, despite the entry of a foldable phone, Moto Razr has retained its original flip form factor. Set to go on sale in the US starting January 09, 2020, the Motorola Razr has been launched at a price tag of $1,499 in the country. Pre-orders are set to begin on December 26 this year.
As for the design of the Motorola Razr (2019), it is similar to the original Moto Razr including the curved bottom chin that the phone is famous for. Adding to that, the company has also made the Moto Razr (2019) water-repellant to quite an extent.
In terms of specifications, the Moto Razr (2019) sports a 6.2-inch flexible OLED HD+ panel with a 876x2142 pixels resolution, with a 21:9 aspect ratio that folds into half. There is also a 600x800 Quick View display when folded, which shows notifications, calls, and allows you to control music playback.
Camera specifications on the Moto Razr include a single 16-megapixel primary lens at the back of the smartphone, which also acts as the selfie camera when the phone is folded. There is also another 5MP shooter inside the shell.
