Oppo recently unveiled its futuristic 10X lossless camera zoom technology at an event during MWC 2019 in Barcelona. Demo units at the event gave us a glimpse into how camera zoom on smartphones could get as advanced as professional cameras.
The Chinese phone maker has now gone ahead and shared more camera samples for this technology, said to be shot on the Oppo Reno, a new premium range of smartphones coming from Oppo's bandwagon. The camera samples show distant photos of famous landmarks like Mount Rushmore, Christ the Redeemer, Sphinx, and more.
The Oppo Reno will be unveiled sometime next month. It is expected to sport specifications including a Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 processor, a 48MP rear camera, a large 6.4-inch full-HD panel, and a 16MP selfie camera. The phone will be launched in Black, Green, Pink, and Purple colour options.
Other than that, the design and the pricing of the Oppo Reno smartphone haven't been revealed yet, but could happen closer to the launch.
