Beer belly, love handles, big bones, whatever you call it – it is fat.
When you binge too much on your favourite beer or hard drink, there is a tendency for all those carbohydrates to go directly to your belly, making it bulge.
So, how do you get it?
More often than not, genetics is what decide where the fat of your body goes to first. For a lot of people, it is unfortunately the belly area.
Males, more than females, have the tendency to store their excess fat in the belly. Women tend to store it in their hips and waist.
The stuff, like Coke and Juice, that you have ‘with’ your drink is a bigger cause. Sugar in the drinks causes belly fat to bulge.
So, how do you get rid of it?
If you plan to binge drink in the night, have a really low calorie meal the entire day so that it balances out at night.
Maintain a regular routine of high intensity cardio and weight training to shed off those extra kilos.
AVOID MIXING DRINKS
Avoid adding Coke to your drink, instead just go for the plain old shots to avoid any extra calories while having a good time.
